Stocks of Balls caused major issues in 2020 – after much work we have solved the supply issues.

To all of you who were so patient last year – I cannot thank you enough, your patience just about kept me sain!  It was with great relief that we got ALL orders out for the festive break!!  Phew!

DELIVERIES:

Almost back to ‘normal’!

UK Mainland:  1-2 days

EU:  Delays due to the new customs systems.  The situation is improving day by day and the couriers are slowly catching up with the backlog.  New orders are taking 2 – 14 days.  We WILL get all orders to you, but some are taking a few days longer than expected.  Please be a little patient for now.  We expect all issues to be solved soon, and YOU WILL GET YOUR COOLBOARD :-)

USA & Canada:  no issues – 2 – 4 days

Rest of the World:  no issues – 2 – 14 days

Any extra shipping costs are added during checkout.
