CoolBoard on the Disc is a fantastic, enjoyable and adjustable wobble board. Perfect for adding movement, balance and strength into your daily routine, whatever your ability. If you can stand you can balance.
Air filled, the Disc gives a nice progressive movement, not twitchy like traditional wobble boards, and our boards are much better to stand on. Add or remove air to increase or reduce the amount of movement.
Use it while watching TV, listening to podcasts, working at a standing desk, for a 5 minute break, or add it to your fitness regime. More than balance – leg strength, core strength, and joint strength will all be improved. Extra exercises are optional.
Simple balance training can alleviate bad backs, niggling knees and aching ankles, for a more active life with less chances of injury.

30 mm of Birch Ply, lovingly hand formed in our workshop in Bristol UK, finished in tough but beautiful varnish – your CoolBoard will last a lifetime.
This gives zero flex which is just want you want for balance training. Many other top brands try to get away with poorly finished 12 or 18 mm boards.

our story
CoolBoard balance board was developed by me to replicate the movement of a surf board when I was trying to learn to surf and needed to tame my Bambi like legs.
I didn’t like the feel of the balance boards available, mostly because they lacked the toe – heel movement – vital for surfers, so I made my own.
CoolBoard was a success – my surfing less so!
CoolBoard overcomes the limitations of other balance boards – unlocking the full potential of balance training.
Since then I have spent 12 years evolving CoolBoard balance board to enable you to get the benefits of balance training whatever your ability, whatever your age and whatever your want for balance…
