The CoolBoard Wobble Boards

Used on the adjustable Disc, CoolBoard is the premium wobble board for the 21st century – perfect easy start balance training for just about anybody. Traditional wobble boards have been around for decades – but while effective, they are not pleasant to use, so they become cupboard fodder quickly!

We’ve worked with physiotherapists to make the CoolBoard Wobble Boards more effective, more progressive, and most importantly, enjoyable to use – so you can stick to your training and get the rewards.

Being inflatable, our Discs offer a better movement, it is gradual in feel, and not frustratingly on/off like wobble boards of old. Inflation also means you can adjust the height and tilt of the Board from virtually no movement to as much as you’ll ever need, making it suitable to all abilities, and allowing future progression as your skills grow.

Our Boards give a solid and comfortable platform on which to balance – all have smooth and rounded edges for comfortable carrying and exercising, and all but the BareBones Board come with our comfortable soft and grippy top surface, safety ring should you want to progress to the Ball in the future, and a beautiful lacquer finish that will last for years.

The 40cm Stable Disc is the gentle starting point.  Perfect for Standing Desk, the Elderly or Infirm, reducing back ache, increasing joint strength, relaxed balance training in front of the telly, and mastering more complicated moves, e.g. yoga.

The 30cm Nimble Disc is more twitchy so challenges you more when used standing – we’d only recommend this for people with previous experience of balance training.   The nimble movement is also great for using while sitting to promote lower limb movement and circulation.

Not just for standing these can be used for exercises, e.g. core focussed planks / push-ups, and for use while sitting to get some movement for people who spend a lot of time sitting.
